Search Pet-Friendly Hotels in Da Nang City Centre

"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...

"예약내역과 완전 다른방을 배정해주었어요 그자리에서 항의해도 쇼파는 수리를 맡겻다 방은 이방이 맞다 변명만 할뿐 해결된건 하나도 없었네요 체크인 하는곳도 제대로 없어 마냥 문앞에서 기다리고 인셉션도 어디있다는 설명도 없고 숙소에 엘르베이터도 없어서 4층까지 짐들고 낑낑 거렸어요 ㅠㅠ 정말 최악의 숙소 였어요 사진에 속지말고 아무도 이런 숙소 예약하면 안되요 "
