"Just a fabulous property! Spotless, great food and pretty! The pools were amazing and the layout of the hotel is great. The staff gets to know you quickly and they even remembered my breakfast coffee order. The negative is the beach. It is dark sand and made the water look brown. We never went in and we didn't see anyone else either. We did great snorkling trips and saw white sand beaches and swam. We were at the hotel for 4 nights and moved on. Had We stayed longer, and not been able to...

"The photos are not consistent with the state of the property. The rooms are great size and very comfortable. Maintenance is lacking as is cleaning the waterfront with debris from the hurricane 2 months ago. Investment in the property is needed - there are not enough chairs for each day by pool. The pools are extremely difficult to enter and exit. The staff are fantastic do such a great job looking after everything you could possibly want. We went to DENERAU every day swam in beach,...

"friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, good location, yard and beach area needs regular maintenance."

"Fantastic place for a family holiday, friendly and helpful staff, safe environment for kids, cannot fault it."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Restaurant had a band till 9 that was pretty loud. Elevator, balconies, on the beach. We were there as a stopover to the airport. Lots of hotels line this beach."

"The 2 bed garden villa we stayed in was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It had a lovely private pool, and was spacious and comfortable throughout. It was a little old and showed evidence of repairs and maintenance over the years. A few minor things needed attention but overall it was great. The atmosphere of the resort was fantastic - staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the evening dance show was engaging and fun and the food excellent quality."

"The Serenity Resort is such a wonderful escape. So relaxing!! The staff is super nice and helpful and the property is very clean. We loved it."

"Staff were always willing to oblige and friendly. The resort needs to be like their surrounding resorts eg the Hilton and have an adult only pool for all adults who wish to have a break from children without $220 a day charge unless belonging to their club."

"Our only difficulty was in waiting 30 minutes for toe transfer from the airpot to Tokatoka. It is only 2 minutes away but it would have bern much quicker walking. There were 9 of us including 3 children and we had prebooked the transfer with them. On the other hand, staff could not have been more helpful when one of our bags went on the wrong bus to the next destination. We tracked it down and finally caught up with it."

"Super convenient for overnight stays or day-room use, literally down the street from Nadi airport. Free shuttle service provides easy pickup and return from/to the terminal. On site restaurant, bar, and coffee bar. Our only critique would be the location of the so-called quiet pool and hot tub. It's right next to the open-air restaurant. Not sure how that qualifies as a quiet space."

"Liked. Everything"

"Peaceful friendly atmosphere. Construction was going on near rooms in to the evening, Rooms were comfortable yet a bit dated."

"Beachfront property, handy to airport so good for stopovers like ours. Good dinner menu, generous portions. Beds were very hard so not such a great sleep. Breakfast was really disappointing and disorganized, one of our party didn’t get their order until the rest of us had finished. Worst omelette I’ve ever had. Staff were very nice and helpful."

"Stayed at the Palms Dena"

"A great property. Clean, newly renovated. Big rooms. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Beautiful pools"

"Perfect for a one night stay overnight for an airport transfer"

"Close to the airport so flights can be annoying."
