"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. "We nearly didn't book this as the photos were undwhelming but we went on the reviews thankfully and thoroghly enjoyed our stay! The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! "This hotel is something else. The breathtaking views and tranquility are something to be cherished here. The staff were absolutely amazing. Drink options were plentiful. Food was delicious.
