"Beach is great, and food has a good taste. A challenge for us is that we were assigned in Tonina Building which unfortunately it is quite outdated and in high need of renovation. Other not so good surprise is that, even though the option of All Inclusive is chosen, the hotel adds extra charge for using the gym. "

"Everyone was very friendly, Paulo and Yessenia were the BEST bartenders. The only things I disliked was how when we checked in the person didn’t even ask as if we been there before or told us anything about the resort. We had to find our way around and ask about restaurants and food. "
