"Great customer service and love the extra amenities such as the kickback bar."

"it needs to redone the hotel is in bad shape the rooms are old and the people who work there need attention especially the bar tender she’s way out of control! probably won’t stay there ever again"

"Beautiful place and great location."

"Pretty nice and unique place."

"Good comfortable hotel well positioned in San Antonio. Rooms comfortable but inexplicably have “full size” beds that felt small. Cocktails and bar menu good but our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Food mediocre and expensive, understaffed and zero ambiance. Will stay again but have meals offsite in future. Pool was good but zero service up there and ran out of towels constantly."

"air conditioning was super good. I was so cold but in the Texas heat it was perfect. Breakfast was mid. Staff was super kind and even gave me early check in and late check out without making me pay a fee. The shuttle was super nice and convenient and the drivers were really nice. "Excelente!!!!!"

"Great location and price. Well run hotel with free breakfast."

"I would rate this hotel higher except there were issues. The shower head leaked all night same as the beds at every slight move. The most alarming was the view outside the bunk bed room. It was disturbing with the trash, graffiti covering the broken concrete surfaces and the hole in the ground with trees growing out of it. Being on a ground level, this was disturbing. It did have Riverwalk entrance I would advise not using until it’s cleaned and cleared. Good things are the staff was nice and...

"Rooms were big, breakfast was good, location was great!"

"Loved the balcony and river view!"

"En general mala atención. Los cuartos y el lugar algo sucio, la atención del front desk dejó mucho que desear, la gente que trabaja está de malas y sin ganas de ayudar. Pedí al hacer el check out mi desglose de los costos y dijeron que no me lo podían entregar porque lo hice a través de Expedía. No hay agua embotellada en las habitaciones y abajo te cobran $5 dólares por botella, tampoco ofrecen agua en el desayuno. En general decepcionada."
