"This is a lovely hotel in a good location. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The only small issue we had was that there was no place (shelf, cubby, etc.) in the shower at all to place things. Shavers, bars of soap, mirrors all had to be put on the flooe of the shower. The breakfast was quite good and all of the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful."

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."

"L’appartement est magnifique, propre, très bien situé près de la gare de bus. On peut aussi marcher dans la ville facilement pour prendre le métro. La première nuit était parfait. "This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old quarter of Bilbao. It’s also within easy walking distance of the museum, along the river, and the main shopping district. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage with the reception staff, while we had a walk around Bilbao. When we returned later, our luggage had been taken up to our room. The hotel is boutique -style, in an old building that has been given a contemporary makeover internally. ...
