We struggled to speak with staff. Unfortunately we don't speak Vietnamese and they don't speak English. We couldn't read the menus (no pictures) and couldn't ask anyone. Our room was a sea view room (more expensive than the other rooms), however the large window looking out to the sea I can only assume hasn't been cleaned...
