"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay...

"Beautiful hotel "

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation. We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them. Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber.
