"Right in the center of activities on the mountain. Friendly staff Surprised to discover that our visit right after Labor Day meant many activities were closed during the week. We had fun in the area anyway. Few guests in the hotel so wasn't crowded."

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
