"The hotel overall was great. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little old & plain. We did observe portions of the hotel closed for refurbishing. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Including entertainment from the monkeys. The staff was wonderful especially Kevin the cart driver. He always seemed to be present when needed. "

"We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and safe. (They go the extra mile by calling you by name anytime you interact with them.) "This property is walkable distance to the entry to the big national park. It’s not their fault, and at night, at four in the morning, there were howler monkeys, making little growling sounds. We had the loft apartment which is above the reception area with a spiral staircase, its own kitchenette, a fair amount of room. Felt safe, had beach access. "

"I booked a basic single but was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Double. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). Even though it was right in the center of the property, it still felt private and relaxing. The location of the room was excellent — less than a minute to the yoga deck, pools, and restaurant.
