"This is the Hotel that we always stay at when we visit Victoria. The accommodation is excellent. The staff is very accommodating. The location is just the very best. To be in the inner harbour is wonderful. The views amazing! We were able to park underground and just walk everywhere. It feels like a resort in the middle of the city! We highly recommend a stay at the Grand Pacific!"

"The Rialto is centrally located with the whole downtown in walking distance. The staff are excellent and there is a great restaurant on site. "

"Great spot, had the view of the harbor and would recommend. Watching the harbor and activity as the city awakens was both relaxing and interesting. Family friendly. Dog friendly except for the restaurant even outdoor, which was a little bummer. But took it to go and ate outside at the tables. Staff very friendly, great location. EV charging in garage which was nice. Plan to stay again next time. "

"The front desk staff were fantastic! The room was very clean. Pool area is nice but could use a good clean and fixing of some tiles in the hot tub. Overall, fabulous place to stay. The view is spectacular!"

"The bathroom tub and shower were an incredible asset after a long hike. The room was super clean and the staff went above and beyond. Yes, the room was on the lower level without much of a view outside but we were only there late evening to unwind and sleep. King bed and quality bedding were welcome."

"This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The location is central and within walking distance to the harbour, and all the other tourist attractions. The property is tasteful and elegant. The room was really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Loved it and will stay there again!"
