"Upon arrival there had been a burst water pipe at the property. They swiftly upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment looking out to the golf course. This was spotlessly clean and very spacious with all amenities. The room was also very quiet. The pool area was clean and well maintained with towels and lockers provided. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautifully clean and well kept hotel with friendly and attentive staff."

"Our stay was interrupted by a scheduled power cut over one night which was inconvenient. Alternative arrangement was provided but the low humming noise of power generators next to our rooms made sleeping challenging. Hotel took notice of our feedback."

"Our family room looked a little tired decor wise but was clean and everything worked. There was no air con however which resulted in not a very good night sleep in the heat of the summer"

"All staff at The Swan were extremely helpful and cheerful, willing to help anyone. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plenty of choice along with the various juices, yoghurts, fruits and pastries. Our room 9 was beautiful and we found it to be spotlessly clean on arrival, decorated lovely too. I would have saved myself around £50 if I had booked directly with the hotel itself though."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was lovely. Only slight issue was staff were sometimes a little slow getting to us to order cooked breakfast meaning we had to miss out on the one day because we had an impatient toddler. We also had dinner on our first night and it was lush."

"Yes the write up may say that the venue is open late and has music but our whole room was vibrating from the said musicians til gone 3am. Then the noise of people and staff leaving. I think we managed just a couple of hrs sleep before a LONG drive home. Yes they give you ear plugs but they don’t help at all."

"Absolute heaven from beginning to end. Delightful staff, the most beautiful lawn to sit out on with a drink (and fire pits for the evening), great food, super comfortable room and amazing spa treatments. Best weekend away ever!"
