"Would have loved the resort if it was presented as advertised. There is only 1 restaurant open and 2 snack bars available. The amusement park and bumper cars are closed completely which is not stated in the description along with ant farms in bathrooms and bedrooms "

"Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go "

"I love the fact the property is situated on its own private island. The views are amazing. However, the room itself is nicely decorated but outdated. The bathroom was not very clean, there was a lot of hair and dirt in the bath tub, the sink stopper was not in it’s proper place and there is an air purifier that you will be responsible to dump once it fills with water. "Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. "The chairs inside and out need improvement--tired and not comfortable. The cookware, cutlery, and accessories were a 2/5 at best. Definately not an upscale style. We would not come back unless we knew the above was much better."

"Zimmer war immer sauber, allerdings war die Tür von der Dusche nicht richtig dicht und das Rohr vom Waschbecken auch nicht, deshalb stand das Bad oft unter Wasser. Personal war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und teilweise echt lustig. Außenpools sind fantastisch aber es waren manchmal alle liegen direkt belegt. Da könnte man zukünftig mehr aufstellen. Frühstück war frisch und lecker, generell war das Essen meistens frisch ABER man hat ganz oft in den Restaurants keinen Platz mehr bekommen...
