"Tishania e Ray da equipe de entretenimento são ótimos, bem simpáticos. Também as meninas do checkin e um rapaz do restaurante japonês. De resto, o atendimento deixa a desejar. Pessoas com cara fechada, virando o olho, parece que você está pedindo um favor. Especialmente equipe do bar da piscina, são bem difíceis. Comida acaba e não repõem, cerveja sempre quente, gelo acaba. Já sabia o que esperar pelos outros comentários, então não me surpreendi."

"My only reason to provide 4 out of 5 stars is the visitors who smoke in non-smoking areas and that is very annoying for me who can't stand the smell of cigarettes. I hope the staff can do a better job at preventing this from happening in the future. Despite that, everything else was great at the resort. Good food, nice beach, great pool and good entertainment at night!"
