"La habitación se miraba remodelada y estaba limpia, pero el baño si tenía sus detalles de limpieza además no tenía toallas para manos. Personal amable, el jacuzzi para área de niños excelente aunque muy chico pero el que el agua este caliente ayuda mucho con el clima de Ensenada. Lo único que si me incómodo un poco es que el agua de la regadera y lavamanos era muy salada y al bañarse se sentía un poco incómodo por la mismo."

"The hotel cleaned, luxurious. Loved that the jacuzzi wasn’t boiling, the temperature was perfect. Although the reception staff weren’t helping at all. Never gave me any information as far as pool hours, what restaurants they had, events, didn’t take the time to offer the WiFi code. I’m very disappointed since my check in. I do have to compliment the valet personal, they were nice and cordial!"

"La propiedad esta un poco descuidada y al personal le hace falta capacitación, aunque tienen una buena disposición, la ubicación no es la mejor, ya que para acceder hay que pasar por mucha terracería. El Gym no funciona correctamente les urge arreglarlo y la alberca es muy pequeña y difícil de llegar"

"Had the best time here. Wish I could have stayed longer. The scenery was so green and beautiful with the best views of the valleys. The room was so spacious and the restroom was very clean and huge. Had the best time in the jacuzzi watching the sunset and the pool was great too. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. All the staff were so helpful. Will definitely go back!!"

"The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely...
