"A great place to stay with lovely and helpful staff. During the time of the tsunami alert, the staff made time to ensure we were kept safe and provided ample fruits and drink at their ranch. It was the personal touch the hotel provided such as a complementary night as no ferries were running from Isabela and taxi service to reassure us that no ferries were running. "The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden."

A special call out to the staff who were incredibly supportive during a tsunami evacuation, going so far as making sure we got to the airport after the all clear. "

She gave us timely information and organised the transfer of my luggage to Baltra airport whilst I was stuck at Isabela (due to tsunami alert). The food was lovely, both at breakfast and dinner.
