"Stayed overnight as flying from Gatwick in the morning at 6am. Shuttle from hotel was easy to catch & the hotel is in an excellent location. The staff from reception to the bar were amazing "

However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !"
