"Beautiful hotel, close to train station (but uphill if carrying suitcases! ). "We had a speedy checkin with welcoming reception staff. The hotel location was ideal for our short stay in Interlaken. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. "A true Swiss style hotel. It had great character. Our room was large and hotel only 10 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. Friendly staff."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. This time is a beginning of summer. We all love it except the AC. It is centralized but you can’t lower it or control the room temperature. Nonetheless, the location of this property is excellent and the staff were very welcoming and very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing.The family room was big enough for 4 of us.
