"Excellent customer service. I severly injured my ankle on arrival and staff gave us ice and towels on arrival. Alisa was absolutely amazing, she gave me a crutch to use, got us a really nice driver for the day, and checked in on my ankle daily. The swimming pool was lovely too. Breakfast was great. So much variety. I cannot fault this hotel. All the staff and the ground workers are so friendly here."

"Luckily, upon the early arrival we have free checked in the room. The welcome drink was nice. The room was nice decoration with private balcony overlooking to mountain. Front desk staffs were helpful and assisted us during the stay. The dinner at the 1st floor restaurant was amazing with incredible prices compare with the local restaurant. It’s highly of the trip. Wow, the buffet breakfast was excellent with large choice of local and western food. Recommended"

"I really appreciate the help from the staff. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight train with a sick traveler. Our room wasn’t ready but they let our sick traveler rest for the day in one of their basic rooms reserved for sick travelers. The location is just what we wanted, in a quieter part of town that’s easily walkable to the more crowded areas. We found a great coffee bar just down the street as well as a local grocery store to get supplies and a selection of lovely candies and...

"Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog"

"Exquisite hospitality, very helpful and friendly staff, a brand new luxurious resort and the views are tremendous. Bonus is the XXL breakfast buffet. It's a 6 hour drive from Hanoi, but it's more than worth the travel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
