"Staff is so friendly, check in was fast and easy. Room was fabulous and the view was incredible. Beds were comfortable too. It was a great 2 day stay."

"Overall great stay. Travelling alone, someone knocked at my door 8:30am, peeked out the hole and saw a guy and older man trying to listen in my door? May have been innocent but started my stay a bit uneasy. Nothing happened again and thankful. "

"Habitación: puerta de la ducha trabada difícil de cerrar, inodoro con bidet que deja de funcionar, no hay espejo en la habitación ( solo en el baño ). Frente a la plaza es ruidosa. Desayunador: es un salón de eventos son luces en los techos. Ordinario. No es un desayunador sino un sitio multiusos. Mesas mal dispuestas y frío. Restaurante Le Louis XV: nos indigestamos con 2 menú jardín y pasamos dos noches horrorosas. Además no tiene baño propio, usa el del hotel. Spa: un solo sauna, no...

"Un excellent hôtel ! Nous y séjournons depuis plusieurs années et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. L’équipe est géniale, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou au service voiturier : tout le monde est accueillant et professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal, tout en restant très calme, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"Staff were super kind and helpful. The lift was broken (they helped get our bags to the room) but getting to the roof top deck was a trek! Also, the hotel is in France, not Monaco and getting around was difficult and expensive ($35 to go .5 miles to and from town and the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"L’hôtel est à rafraichir. Chambre attribuée coté rue donc je redescend et demande une autre chambre. Il n'y en a plus et de toute manière la nuit il n'y a pas de bruit surtout un samedi soir..... la personne n'a jamais dormi dans ces chambres et me fait croire que Monaco est différent du reste de la planète le samedi soir. Résultat : pas dormi car les démarrages en cote au feu rouge sous la fenêtre sont bruyants surtout sans double vitrage.... Pas de lumière dans les toilettes à notre...

"Beautiful location and the Italian gentleman who works the front desk was so kind! We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators in the hotel so dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging. Besides that, the view on the patio was stunning, the bathroom was cute, and they left us a bottle of wine to welcome us which was so sweet. All in all I would highly recommend this place. "

"室内の白と緑色のコントラストがとてもいい感じで落ち着きます。特にベット横の壁紙(植物とハチドリ)が、いい感じです。 フロントスタッフの皆さんが、明るくてフレンドリーです。 Carrefour Cityがちかくにあって便利です。 有料ではありますが、荷物預かりができます。 ありがとうございました。 "

"Personale molto scortese all'accoglienza, tv non funzionante perché batterie dele telecomando scariche, cassaforte non funzionante, e parcheggio a pagamento a spese mie. Pessimo soggiorno"

"Das Zimmer war extrem staubig und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Kaffee, Tee und neue Handtücher gab es unterschiedlich je nachdem wer aufgefüllt hat. Mal gab es Milch oder Kaffee, mal nicht. Handtücher gab es auch mal nur zwei. Die Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück war häufig nicht aufgefüllt, die Kaffeemaschine defekt oder die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden und werden das nächste Mal wieder im Mercure Hotel an der Promenade des Anglais übernachten. "

"A lovely hotel in an excellent situation on Promenade des Anglais. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best we've experienced. The buses and trams made it easy to get around and explore Nice and run frequently near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly hope to return soon."

"Nice hotel on the seafront in Nice. The room was a little small but perfectly comfortable. I visited during the winter carnival and it was great that I could just watch the fireworks from my window. All my interactions with the staff were lovely. Breakfast was a decent spread, and I had dinner in the restaurant too, which was good."
