"The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. "

"Beautiful room, spotless and elegant. Incredible friendly welcome on arrival, with clear explanation of facilities and nearby food options. Views from hotel are amazing, looking across to Oia. Every request was met with a friendly "yes we will make that possible", from ordering food to be delivered, to taxi bookings. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, and allowed to use the room on our departure day, again an indication of how well we were looked after. Penny and Bora were so kind...
