Also, one elevator is closed for long periods. They must not have a back of house elevator so the alternative is blocking one from public use. Would stay again. Maybe not so high up. "

"A little strange that the lobby is on the 7th floor, fun vacation vibe throughout the whole property, clean but very small rooms. Extremely comfortable beds I loved everything about it except lobby bar only opens at 3:00, the 32nd floor bar only opens at 4:00, the pool is open from 10:00-4:30, these hours ruin the vacation mood. They need to be more flexible., bars should open at noon and the pools closing hours should be extended to 9:00pm"

"About a minute walk from Times Square, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff in the lobby was kind and emailed us when our room was ready. We had 2 queen beds, small space for 3 adults, can't imagine having 4. Bathroom is a sliding door. Not enough space to put your clothes away. They dont provide complimentary slippers ($3.50USD); no robes, 2 complementary water bottles. If you want more the store/cafe downstairs has them for about $2-3.
