The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it. It was very convenient of anything. 2 mins walk from Yodoyabashi metro station and property has Japanese onsen ♨️ (communal hot bath), sauna @ B1 which is bonus on this property. I stayed 15th floor room was cleaned but no view. There are many restaurants and bars, convenient stores near by. It is center of city. I will go back to stay this hotel. Highly recommended. "
