"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."

"The bathroom is stupidly designed"

"Close to town, clean and tidy small room at just 15 sm. Sliding door to the toilet was below expectation in addition to glass separating the shower and toilet from the bedroom."

"Room was underground, stains on carpet, stains on bed. Probs won't be back."

"We had a lake view room and the view of the lake was very nice. The location is good but you do have to walk up a bit of a steep hill to return from the city center. It is a short distance and helps you to walk off your Fergburger. The hotel is modern and clean and has a helpful staff. Parking is very limited so reserve early. There is free street parking around the area but you may have to walk a bit."

"Aside from having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, this place was really great! The room was comfortable, the shared kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to downtown and the gondola rides. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!"

"Staff was very helpful with baggage and checkout. Always nice to stay here 😀"

"Great value for money in a location (Queenstown) that is fairly expensive accommodation wise. Property is possibly needing a refresh but overall experience was good. Happy to stay here again."

"Great new hotel"

"Great location, good price but basic and a bit shabby facilities. The reception did not send me the code for late check in, even when requested. Security chap great and got me the key."

"We enjoyed our stay , very convenient location for lunches and dinners , walking distance to the Gandola and various shopping and bars. The rooms are a bit run down. The floor carpets look really worn out, the bathroom has bathtub for showers a bit inconvenient. The Brekky buffet was really nice."

"All the lovely small touches really set the QT apart from other hotels. Very helpful and attentive staff who make sure your stay is fantastic. Great location in Queenstown too. Would highly recommend the QT as a upmarket and unique place to stay!"

"Overall was nice experience, good location, good setup Bit the TV ( remote) in room wasn’t working"

"Nice staff, rooms were clean but older. They had a 10pm noise curfew but it wasn’t enforced and loud music went until 2am!"

"Very cute and clean cottage with everything I needed. Fantastic view!"

"Great hotel with nice staff"
