"The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean."

"We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time."

"Good location to see Oxford and surroundings. Was there related to a confernece, the hotel provides a modern yet cozy place to stay. Staff this time were very kind and showed great hospitality, in particular front desk and coffee shop."

"Competent hotel well positioned for Oxford. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spa facilities."

"Lovely location. Quirky, comfortable rooms. Most of staff were helpful and courteous Handy that it has parking - but be aware they’ll charge you around £35 for an overnight stay. This wasn’t mentioned to me at checking in!"

"When we checked in to our room a panel and a strip of trim from the shower had been taken off and left in the bathroom and a tool left behind. We were getting changed and going straight out so told reception on our way out. They did offer to move us to another room at that point but we were on our way out and didn’t have time to move our stuff. When we came back the tool had been collected but the panels and strip was still just sitting leaning against the sink. In the morning the shower on its...

"Our first visit to a Warner Hotel, hopefully it will not be our last. Staff were professional, engaging and engaged. Buffet food was good, with plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast option looked greasy as mostly fried items, fried bread and eggs fair enough but I prefer bacon, sausages, black pudding, tomatoes grilled / baked these days. However, very happy with the fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, breads etc! Swimming pool was a great treat. As we were only staying for one night no time to use...

"Chambre propre"

"The room was not what I was expecting for the price I paid. Felt it was over priced for a 4 star. Room I booked was suppose to be a superior room with a view. Not . Room was small and the view was of a little part of the castlemotherwose it was apartments I was liking at . Coffee machine leaked and the television didn't work correctly. Had to complain to general manager on departing. There Internet needs to be updated as somethings are false advertising on the Internet."

"The location is perfect to walk to various sights. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The carpet needs stretching, but that’s simply what happens with carpet and it did not impact our experience. We appreciate Josh, who was very kind, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Excellent location with restaurants & fast food close by. Hop on, Hop off bus nearby. Room was quiet. Strangely, our room had no drawers or shelves for our clothes. The add on closet was small without shelves too. Everything else was fine. Entry level bar with nice lounge seating. Employees made you feel comfortable and hotel was very secure with key card access."

"Lovely welcome and fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Had a good night's sleep. Modern decor. Breakfast was a little sad perhaps as it was later"

"We stayed for 5 days in Oxford on a family trip. We chose the hotel because of its location, and it was definitely the best decision: the location is great, right in the heart of the city! We were able to walk almost everywhere. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, and we really recommend it: drinking that first cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony, taking in the view and feeling the city come to life, was fantastic! We really recommend the hotel: great location, very clean, and very...
