"The Hotel is charming the rooms are gorgeous but the setting takes your breathe away. Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. Sandra the owner and hostess is as charming and lovely a human being as you can find. I would drive hours out of my way to stay here. You won't regret it !!!!"

"Pulizia non eccelsa soprattutto relativamente ai bagni anche dopo il servizio pulizia. Insopportabile odore di fogna nel bagno che rendeva praticamente impossibile stare in camera. Rumori provenienti dal piano di sopra negli orari di riposo pomeridiano che abbiamo più volte segnal"
