"The Room has some old details (issues). I've paid for 4 person but everything was setup for 2 people so I need to ask for extra water and towels (they didn't charged for it). A loud sound from the toilet can be heard sometimes (like water pressure issues). Wifi was terrible and didn't worked all the time. The info about the hotel is poor and hard to find. A good software can help this problem easily. For example: There's Ice Cream in the Cevicheria but You can't find this information...

"Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la calidad de la comida del bufet & del restaurante a la carta es buenísima, nos gustó que cada noche hacían cena temática como noche mexicana & oriental. La habitaciones están muy limpias y en buen estado, solo falla la red wifi. Todo el personal es muy amable & siempre están al pendiente de atenderte. Lo único que creo que deberían cambiar es que no dejen apartar los camastros de la alberca desde súper temprano por qué a las 9 de la mañana ya están todos...
