"The resort is well-maintained with ongoing renovations in each building. The food at the three à la carte restaurants was excellent. The staff, including receptionists Miguel and Eduardo, as well as paramedics Max and Bryan, were very friendly and helpful. Every night, there are dancing and comedy shows suitable for all ages, though they are all in Spanish. Special thanks to the representative Bryan who ensured we understood and enjoyed the shows by translating between Spanish and English."

"The property itself is beautiful. However, getting to most restaurants, the national park, or other places in town outside the property requires a car, taxi or use of the resort shuttle. The staff was incredibly helpful though in arranging for taxis or using the hotel shuttle to drop us off at restaurants on the way to their scheduled stops at the national park."

"The hotel was beautiful. My room was very spacious and clean. I had a nice balcony with the pool view. The staff was very friendly. I had free breakfast which came with 8 different options and since I dont wat eggs I was left with 3 options which was ok, the food was amazing. They have a lunch/dinner menu I tried twice. Loved this hotel"
