"This place has so much potential. Our family suite was large and the balcony looked over the wharf - which was really interesting. The staff were lovely. However there is no attention to ambiance. the place is stuffed with old decaying chairs and there is junk everywhere. The sheets were stained but clean. I am mindful that we weren't paying top dollar. "

"Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered.
