"Bottom of bathroom door was swollen with moisture and didn't close properly. Showers were like warm the night we arrived but hot in the morning. Room was hot when we checked in. Apart from this. It was the good room service, late checkout, and breakfast buffet made it worth while. For the price we paid this seemed fair. We would come back again near future."

"Prince's Gate is a nice hotel that leans into its colonial history. It is warm and welcoming and the rooms have a style unlike other places in Rotorua. The location is also fantastic. Parking is only available on the street, not on the property. "

"Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price."
