"I booked one night at this hotel through Orbitz. I arrived with my 18-month-old baby hoping to make her a bottle and go to bed. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. There was no one at the check-in desk and when I call the number on the reservation, they told me to wait in the parking lot for someone to come. "I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. "

"I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

"The place needs some work but overall it was a nice quiet beautiful place. The restaurant onsite is very expensive so if you can buy food outside its better."

The first room had two double beds ask for jus one bed was taken ti a unfit room bed was broken bathroom was old & needed alot of repair , asked to stay with the two beds was told its not available and hd to pay more to get it! Was later placed in another room after being told they all booked out , this room was bearable"

"I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. The rooms have central air and the bathrooms are beautiful. I was really pleased and I think that you would be too. Thanks again guys one love!"
