That’s absolutely fine but she was clearly struggling and there were another two staff members who could have easily and should have stepped in but didn’t until asked. Final straw was when I asked for clarification of complete confusion re payment. She said “ I think so”. Longest check in ever. Doubt very much I’ll stay at the Moxy again. Still not sure about payment till I see my statement. "
