"Rooms are spacious, beautiful ocean view, a littlenpricey foenthe condition of the property, very out dated and several issues with ammenities, operating ice machine hard to find, outside water showers for rinsing beach sand in disrepair and not functioning. check in is a disaster, not enough parking area to handle in coming and outgoing guests at thr same time, that needs coordinated better, parking is accriss the street, not a big deal but be prepared to do a lot of walking. "We went down for a week stay in Hilton Head. The property was great and within walking distance to the beach plus the multiple pools on site was a great addition for our kids. Only downfall to the whole trip was that if you are on the bottom floor, you can hear every step of those above you and especially any children that run wild upstairs. Trip went great and we expect to visit again!"
