"優：有提供洗衣機，住的地方出來就有Ubike可租借，樓下也有全家，便利性很足夠。房東在聯繫上的態度不錯,提早告知還會協助預留車位，雖然一天要200但可以接受。房間在37樓景觀不錯。 缺：洗澡的熱水幾乎不熱，夏天還勉強可以接受但冬天應該無法，房間內有不少小螞蟻出沒，環境清潔有待加強。進出電梯要快速，不然有時會有被夾到的情況。"
