"La opción de Spa es carísima y ni te la ofrecen. No hay servicio de comidas o cenas. No hay recepción 24h Hay temas de mantenimiento a mejorar; el telefonillo de la ducha se cae, puerta con golpes. Hay una nevera comunitaria en el pasillo con opción de bebidas para los clientes, buena iniciativa pero hace mucho ruido. La opción gastronómica en la zona es muy limitada."

"Ett underbart ställe att vara på… Balnearo, med pooler ute och inne, ca 30gr i vattnet, trevlig och serviceinriktad personal men… hotellen och poolanläggningen börjar bli slitna, därav en 4:a totalt. Termalbadet är alldeles för dyrt idag, 25€/person för 2 timmar… inte värt priset !!"

"A decent hotel, just on the outskirts of the city, about 15/20 min walk. Very good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and big, a few things to help improve. There was a surcharge on the two bottles of water (£2 each), avoided that buy using the supermarket next door for a fraction of the cost. No English TV channels (not that I expected any), the smart functions on the TV don't work."

"Aside from parking which we failed to read about the stay was excellent. Once we figured out the parking situation, the walk from parking was easy and stay was very pleasant and close to everything."
