"Had a reunion in town and went to room afterwards. There was a light above the sink that needed replaced because it was flashing and the sink drain was blocked. Other than that, it appeared to be comfortable. Went the next morning to the front desk to inform of the issues and waited for 15 minutes for the guy to get off his phone (which he didn't) and then another person showed up and informed her of the issues with the room. If housekeeping had been in that room that day, they would have known...

"Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! "

"Pool closed , elevator broken, tv in gym don’t work, breakfast that I paid for was horrible and not edible .. it’s not the staffs fault.. it is poorly managed and Corperate doesn’t seem to care about the property"

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. "

"Staff knocked on door at ten and ten thirty pm Said I called about needing help with tv. No I was trying to sleep. Next to door to upstairs. Slammed shut a million times before midnight. Chair in handicap shower not sturdy but shower pressure was nice. No WiFi info on checking in. No inquiry as to room in way out. Didn’t do breakfast just wanted out. Car parked under shelter in handicap area and was also the smoking area. Had to inhale massive amount of smoke while loading suitcase. Bed not...

"The hotel is not fully modern but the rooms is clean the kitchen just needs more utensils like spoon forks and a cutting board other than that it’s ok the air conditioner works well had no problems the staff some of them don’t understand much English but enough to get the point across at times but they are very nice people working Thare I would definitely recommend it "

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well."

"Had to get my room switched because my first room has blood on the bed and sheets. Mold filled the closet and bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, hasn’t been cleaned. Hair was in the shower (an lot) and bowel stains in toilet. No towels and wash clothes. This was a king size bed. One room. Then was switched to another room. The sheets were covered with male beard hair or you know what… had to get new sheets. The fridge froze my food. All of it. They had only 2 working staff, breakfast was cold...

"This hotel is very clean and the staff was nice. The rooms were also clean and well-appointed. The area is also very nice. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was good. The area it was in was also nice. I would come back on future trips. "

"This property is a motel with the doors outside and not a hotel. I would have not stayed had I known that. Maybe it says in the description but I don't remember seeing that. The breakfast was good."
