The accommodation was very clean, including the rooms, shared kitchen and shared bathrooms - the best I’ve seen for shared accommodation. "We loved our stay here! It is a very small town and not much to do but the staff was so lovely. We used the hot tub, cold plunge, and the sauna. We borrowed some robes which made the whole experience really nice. The staff lit a large candle for us and brought out water. We even saw a massive show of the northern lights right over the hotel two times! The bedding wasn’t the most comfortable but the room was lovely, lots of space, and had a smart TV to watch Netflix. "We had a wonderful stay in Seydisfjordur on our tour around Iceland. The guesthouse was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the staff very nice and helpful. Everything in Seydisfjordur is within walking distance, including a much appreciated playground with a bouncing pad. "

"We stayed in 6 different places while in Iceland. This place tied for first! We had 3 bedrooms! We enjoyed the extra space. It included a refrigerator, microwave, stove. We cooked pasta there. They had a free breakfast each morning that included rolls, jam, fresh cucumbers, Tomatoes, baked beans. Hard boiled eggs. It also included use of the pool which was about a 3 min walk away with 2 hot tubs and slides(we did not try those). "
