The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The bedroom was no better, window was rotten and could not be opened. Paint peeling off the window and radiator, black mould on the window catch, provided fan was...

"There is no handicap ramp or lift to access the rooms. This was not mentioned in the website description. And there is no staff to help moving baggage upstairs using the staircase. Food in the bar is good. But rug in the hallway is dangerous to precipitate a fall."

"Terrible hotel outdated rooms manager closed the bar at 9.50 even though we were residents and we had just arrived said the pub was not busy enough to stay open . So bad we checked out a day early Do not stay there its cheap for a reason"

Did not dine there but food looked good, shame breakfast was not served but was directed to a cafe that served excellent breakfast. Our room was excellent but could have had a hook on the bathroom door.Had a great stay there. Thank you."
