"No better place to stay in Rome. Short walk to all major sites in Rome. Communal kitchen worked well, although not my preference. Ursula is the most wonderful host I have ever had."

"スタッフのホスピタリティが最高に良かった。本当にありがとうございました。また利用したい。"

"Amazing location we have stayed in many times. Staff is professional and makes us feel so welcome. Wonderful rooftop bar. Rooms are perfect for a stay in central Rome."

"This was a beautiful apartment! The location was a perfect walk in either direction to the best areas. I would definitely stay here again. The amenities, thoughtful welcome gift, the turndown service was all top notch!"

"Clean, comfortable, quiet...affordable"

"First of all the entrance is daunting. Everything is by keypad. As a 71 year old once we entered through the old door from the street using the key pad we found ourselves having to carry the luggage up a extra long flight of stairs to get to the rickety old elevator to take us to the fifth floor. "Great"

In particular, the woman greeting guests at breakfast had an unpleasant tone and facial expression. Her words may have been polite, but her...

"Aya at reception and Bardo the porter were very helpful. There was a marathon in Rome and created a lot of confusion. Very busy time. Made our stay pleasant !"

"This is a fantastically located, historic property in the heart of Rome. It is not a full-service hotel, so if you need 24hr room service / night time turndown and a jacuzzi, it's not for you. It is an absolutely charming building one minute away from the Pantheon, run by friendly staff. The suite is a huge room plus alcove, easily big enough for four. Comfortable beds. Clean as a whistle. Sensationally good location."
