"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "The location was great, it was walking distance from Shinsaibashi to shop or take the metro anywhere south. And was also close to a metro station to go anywhere north. The amenities were great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but that is the norm in Japan, but other than that the room was great. The sights from outside the hotel were also very pretty. Would definitely recommend."
