The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. ...

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We were there on Mother's Day and the breakfast buffet staff wished us Happy Mother's Day. We also got great advice on local areas from the front desk staff. Thank you!
