"The staff's location and the quality of the food were commendable; we thoroughly enjoyed these aspects. However, we were dissatisfied with the room for several reasons. Firstly, it was uncomfortably cold due to insufficient heating, despite the presence of a small heater. The room failed to warm adequately, raising concerns that our young infant might catch a cold. "The Crown is one of our favourite places to stay. We would never visit England without making a stop for a few days at The Crown in Chiddingfold! The staff are wonderful and welcoming! The rooms are comfortable and historic!"
