"This is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had. Location fantastic - not in the tourist area, but still in the old section and only 5 min walk to all the action, plus a fab patisserie and a mini-supermarket around the corner. Staff were amazing - stored our bikes safely, and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and bars, and also to the amphitheatre, which is definitely worth a visit. "This was our second stay at the Royal hotel, our first was just an overnight stay, and we liked Nimes so much we wanted longer and couldn't imagine a better hotel. This time it totally lived up to expectations. It is amazingly convenient for the centre of historic Nimes, opposite the Maison Carre!
