"Was expecting way more after having a really nice experience in Sydney’s Capella. This is way overpriced at $800 (and it’s the off season), locally and internationally. This should be closer to $200. The gym was horribly equipped. The noise isolation in rooms is garbage — you can hear the loud traffic loudly in some rooms. Internet connection is spotty, it constantly timeouts. The staff is nice and attentive without overpushing. The design is quite distinctive. Didn’t click for me, but maybe someone will appreciate it."

"Vey clean boutique style hotel right in the center of it all in old town. Very attentive staff and a wonderful buffet style breakfast every morning. There are menu items that are made to order for no extra charge. The rooms are very clean. The amenities in the room are great! I can’t say enough good things about the staff…if you have a need they do everything they can to help!"

"Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake. "

The rooftop bar has great views and a long happy hour. It feels lux without the price tag. The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in here in Hanoi."
