Hotel.com contacted and asked me to contact the owner. I moved to a new hotel in hotels. Com and very poor service. I literally I paid for two places paying twice in two hotels. Hotels. Com should solve this problem. New"

"Great location for the shops and restaurants, room clean and tidy, didn’t have very much interaction with staff apart from checking in, very pleasant lady and gave us information about the hotel, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the the common areas and stairways are very tired and some areas the carpet is very worn, but this wouldn’t stop us staying in the future "
