"The toilet seat was dirty when we arrived. The chair in the room was so low it was almost impossible to sit at the desk, we asked for support, someone came, took a look & tried a couple of things, no success & he left, said he would look into it & we never heard from him or anyone else again. The phone was unplugged from the wall with wires that were broken and the socket was falling out of the wall. The lights above the bed were not plugged in so had to move the furniture to work out how to plug in."

We had a street view room (facing WIlliam IV Street) and it was generally very quiet. Note no amenities in the hotel other than a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby. "
