"I had a wonderful time good food good drinks most importantly, awesome customer service. I have nothing bad to say about this resort I love love loved it.❤️❤️❤️ Security should lighten up on the vendors in the ocean. They bring a big vibe of Jamaica to the resort. It probably wouldn’t be the same without them. Lol "

"I had a fantastic experience staying at Iberostar Waves Dominicana. it was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect. We add access to the beach. The restaurants/buffet was delicious. A lot of options. Excellent customer service. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I felt very safe and welcoming.
