"In my room the air con did not work, and the window was on to the main road so it was quite loud. The bed was actually really comfortable, but the shower was not great. The location next to the airport was very convenient. So quite a mixed review."

"Location is great and parking facilities. Bathroom could be cleaner, lots of limescale build up in shower. But otherwise clean room if not a bit tired. Top floor showers had intermittent water pressure and sometimes cold, but it is a grade II listed building so somewhat understandable! Food in the pub downstairs pretty good too and discount for those staying was appreciated! "

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
