"The hotel was much better than expected. Close to the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal where we were joining our ship. It is a budget hotel but with a great atmosphere. We would stay here again. All reception staff were very professional, smiling and wonderful senses of humour. Particular mention to Pedro from Brazil. "This is a modern apartment hotel. Spacious and well equipped rooms. No noise from other apartments or hallway. Great staff, nice bar. Conveniently located near a large grocery store and a metro station. Have in mind that despite being quite modern the Copenhagen Metro doesn’t have aircondition or the possibility to open any windows…..making it at nightmare to ride when it’s over 20 degrees outside.
