"Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfy, difficult for two of us to get dressed in the room at the same time 😂. Basic common area amenities, mention of a grab and go breakfast but no sign of one. Paid coffee machine in lobby. Good venue in nice part of Brum close to pretty St Paul’s Square. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was ok."

"This is a great hotel, affordable and very much worth every penny. The rooms are comfortable and well-sized. Great bathroom facilities as well and fully stocked. Also comes with a huge tv in each room, which is a plus, and a good size desk for work or other matters. The staff were also brilliant; Amz was especially helpful - when I wanted to change rooms because my lights made an odd sound, he personally showed me the other room options and allowed me to pick one which I appreciated. "This must be the most disgusting place I ever stayed in. It's really hard to even describe... everything is old and ugly, it really is in a bad state. The host welcomed us with air freshner but it still stunk. The host had the nerve to charge us £10 for late check-in. The bed made me want to go home really desperately. My room was number 11. Oh, and the horrible bath is shared amongst at least 8 rooms."
